A few months ago, when I stayed at this hostel for two nights, I left feeling very satisfied. At that time, I really liked the staff’s attitude, their quick problem-solving, the cleanliness of the room, and the fresh bed linens. I wanted to come back again, but when I stayed for two nights in late November, I was not satisfied. The two Italian-speaking female front-desk receptionists had a very rude attitude, handled problems poorly, and the condition of the room had deteriorated compared
