Loved this hostel, super clean and the staff were great. The rooms were big and comfortable, and the free dinner was awesome! Great location, walking distance to almost everything (if you don’t mind a 20+ minute walk). Good kitchen and overall a great vibe!

My stay in Black Swan was very nice. The staff at the reception was very friendly and approachable. The facilities were good. Kitchen was tidy and organized. For towels for shower the charge is 3 €. Also at the checkout there is a basement so you can leave your luggage and get it back later. Overall the atmosphere was good, relaxed and safe. I would recommend it. The price is also very approachable. Thank you🌞

Theft happened in my 14-bed room, and although the manager tried to help, it was clear there’s a lack of internal training and experience in handling these situations. The room layout is also inconvenient, with the WC and showers located on different floors and locked after 1 AM. Some lockers appeared damaged, likely from previous theft attempts. It’s a shame, because I had a great experience with the same chain in Granada.
